* Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team and managing day-to-day operations
* Coach and develop team members to achieve success

* Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers
* Set a positive example and often have opening and closing responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step
* Strong Leadership Work ethic and ability to manage a team effectively
* Ability to delegate tasks to available skill sets and demonstrate previous retail or trade experience
* Ideal candidates possess mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and flexible availability
* Necessary qualifications include holding a valid driver's licence and physical capacity to perform duties
* Prioritise safety and be able to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely
