**About the Role**
We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our corporate office, you will develop and execute appropriate HR strategies aligned with our goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all areas of Human Resources and be able to demonstrate good knowledge of contemporary best practice across the employee lifecycle.
* Manage employment activities for our corporate office, including development of position descriptions, recruitment, job sizing, and employment contract advisory.
* Develop frameworks, initiatives, and programs to address gaps in our human resources agenda.
* Manage HR data and market benchmarking to assist with workforce planning and global salaries.
* Work with the Corporate Affairs team in effective communication and messaging globally.
* Implement and manage remuneration and benefits practices, and manage the annual remuneration cycle.
* Support the Board and leadership in succession planning and develop fit-for-purpose development activities.
* Contribute to monthly reporting, including management and reporting of HR-related matters.
