We provide 24/7 towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services and are committed to reliability, safety, and exceptional customer service.About the RoleThe Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategies to promote our towing and transport services, strengthen brand awareness, and increase customer engagement through digital and traditional marketing channels.Employment DetailsLocation: West Busselton WA ****Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $76,960 per annum + 11.5% SuperannuationWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, and social media.Create engaging content across social media platforms and company website.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Design and produce promotional materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements).
Manage CRM systems and customer databases for targeted campaigns.Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.Collaborate with management and operations teams to align marketing goals.Represent the company at local community events and sponsorships.Qualifications and Skills RequiredBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Experience within the transport or service industry is highly regarded.Why Join Us?
