Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and young people.
* Support young people in establishing healthy routines and daily structures.
* Help redirect anti-social and challenging behaviour to community standards.
* Respond promptly to incidents as they occur.
* Facilitate connections between young people and their families and peers.
Requirements
* Citizenship or valid visa status.
* Pass a pre-service health and fitness assessment.
* Hold current First Aid Certification and CPR.
* Working with Children Check (Employee) certification.
* A driver's licence is desirable but not mandatory.
