The Role
This role supports seamless operations and business continuity for a high-profile CBRE financial services client. The successful candidate will adhere to protocols, identify risks, and propose solutions to enhance user experience.
A typical day may involve:
* Maintaining assets and buildings in top condition.
* Conducting daily site walks, identifying and resolving risks proactively.
* Overseeing vendor work, managing badges, mail, and event support.
* Collaborating with Building Management, Engineering, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
* Responding to emergencies, escalating incidents, and ensuring compliance.
* Supporting vendor management, purchase orders, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
* Diploma in Facility Management – Preferred but not essential.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate facilities and/or hospitality.
* HSE qualification – preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work autonomously whilst following exacting procedures.
* A focus on quality and continuous improvement.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
* A commonsense approach and initiative when resolving issues.
* High level of competence with the Microsoft office suite of programs.
