Job Title: Sales Manager


About Our Center

We are a kids coding franchise where children learn to code while building their own video games, robotics projects, and STEM skills. We're not just teaching coding - we're building confidence, creativity, and critical thinking in tomorrow's leaders.


Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team part-time and help drive growth at our center. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and tech who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You'll play a key role in enrollment, outreach, and converting leads into loyal families.


Key Responsibilities:

* Own the sales pipeline: follow up with leads, conduct tours, and close memberships.
* Represent us at community events, school functions, and local business meetups to drive awareness and generate leads.
* Collaborate with the Director to implement local marketing strategies and promotions.
* Track and analyze enrollment data and outreach results; make strategic recommendations based on performance.
* Ensure prospective families receive excellent customer service and a clear understanding of our programs.
* Support upselling of programs such as summer camps, clubs, and birthday parties.


Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferably in a service or education-based industry).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals independently.
* Comfortable with CRM systems, email follow-ups, and scheduling software.
* A passion for working with families and a genuine interest in STEM education.


Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of or experience in education, STEM, or franchise environments.
* Connections within the local school district or community organizations.
* Availability on some evenings and weekends for events and tours.
* A flexible part-time schedule (10–15 hours per week)
