With big things on the horizon in 2025, we're on the lookout for Assistant Managers to help lead our incredible teams at Paddington, Gasworks, and our soon-to-open Southbank location.
What's the role all about?
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person helping your team deliver top-tier service (and top-up the good vibes). You'll be running shifts, leading with energy, and keeping the store running smoothly from open to close.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating unforgettable customer experiences, every time
* Leading your team with positivity, motivation, and a whole lot of heart
* Keeping things clean, efficient, and safe
* Managing stock and staying on top of inventory
* Helping track and improve key metrics (like labour and COGs)
* Training and developing your crew like a boss
What we're looking for:
* Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR = extra brownie points)
* A team player who thrives on bringing out the best in others
* Someone who's proactive, organised, and ready to take charge
* A great communicator who keeps the energy high and the stress low
