As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our service delivery team, providing expert advice and solutions on Qantas products, policies, fares, and ticketing to our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent product, policy, fares & ticketing advice and sales support to our agency partners.
* Process all queries and requests with accuracy, utilising all available information and resources.
* Advise customers on all aspects and benefits of our products and services.
* Anticipate customer needs and offer innovative solutions.
* Encourage agent self-service via the Qantas Agency Connect site.
* Approach every call with a "can do" attitude, be flexible in approach and adjust delivery accordingly to agent's knowledge.
* Collaborate with other departments as required to obtain the best outcome for Qantas and the customer.
