Customer Acquisition Specialist Role
This position focuses on building customer relationships and expanding the sales portfolio in the hospitality wholesale sector.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong connections with existing customers to comprehend their requirements;
* Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the region;
* Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide solutions that meet these demands;
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide competitive quotations;
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow a regular call plan;
* Travel to north and central QLD for monthly alternating customer visits;
* Collaborate with peer group and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality supplies, FMCG, or food & beverage sector;
* Demonstrated understanding or practical experience in the hospitality industry;
* Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to develop new business and win new accounts;
* Proactive, reliable, well-organized, and capable of working autonomously;
* Strong communication skills and computer literacy;
* A valid driver's license and willingness to spend approximately 2-3 nights away from home per month.
