About the Role:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a wide range of high-quality bread and bakery products in line with Bakers Delight standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and specialty products
• Follow recipes and Bakers Delight production processes
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
• Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily production targets
Requirements
About You:
• Previous baking experience (preferred)
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
