We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Responsibilities
* Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, email templates, email notifications etc).
* Manage and resolve user support tickets related to functionality, assignments, Voice calls, Omni channel, Permission set groups, configuration etc.
* Develop Current Experience Cloud Landing Page required for campaigns as per business requirements.
* Support the Project Team to manage updates, releases for Salesforce CRM.
* Closely working with Salesforce support team in resolving functional & product issues.
