The Role
ASM Chilltech is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our growing service team, delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing across client facilities.
In this role, you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and building management systems (BMS). You'll work as part of a collaborative building services team to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with ASM Chilltech quality and compliance standards.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities
* Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
* Conduct fault finding, repairs, and upgrades across HVAC equipment and infrastructure
* Inspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment
* Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously
* Inspect and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) where required
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctions
* Complete service reports and work orders within required timeframes
* Ensure all works comply with WHS, environmental, and ASM Chilltech quality standards
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Your Education, Experience & Skills
* Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Minimum 2 plus years' experience in a similar HVAC Technician role
* Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to respond quickly to changing service requirements
* Current Driver's Licence
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) desirable
