Operations Excellence Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our world-class standards for safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for electrical utilities and building equipment.
* Lead the maintenance team in fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver a robust preventive maintenance program under the MDI strategy.
* Prioritize and manage new maintenance work requests daily.
* Coordinate procurement of necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks.
* Manage service agreements with third-party contractors and oversee on-site compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using SAP as the CMMS.
* Support inventory optimization by collaborating with Inventory Controller.
* Collaborate with Engineering on new installations and equipment upgrades.
* Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures.
