The Engine Behind the Experience – Mile End, SA

We're looking for a Operations & Sales Support Coordinator who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys being the steady force that keeps everything moving.

This is not just an admin role. You are the engine behind the experience.

Overview

This is not just an admin role. You are the engine behind the experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage listings from launch through to settlement
* Coordinate marketing, documentation and timelines
* Prepare contracts and process offers
* Liaise with buyers, vendors and key stakeholders
* Track progress and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Client Service & Communication
* Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries
* Support client onboarding and documentation
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors
Operations & Administration
* Manage diaries, inboxes and workflow
* Maintain organised digital records
* Support open homes and campaign activities when required
* Ensure systems and processes are followed to a high standard
Data & Systems
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Update tasks with detailed notes
* Protect data integrity and confidentiality
Who You Are
* Proactive — you take ownership and follow through
* Systems-minded — you follow process to a tee
* Highly organised and detail-focused
* Calm under pressure
* A strong communicator (written and verbal)
* Tech-comfortable and quick to learn
* Humble, team-oriented and positive
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Real estate experience is helpful, but not essential. The right attitude and work ethic matter most.
Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Ability to work from our Mile End office
* Strong administrative and coordination experience
