About the role
Souths Leagues Club and Souths Suburban Bowls Club are not just places to eat, drink and gather—they are a place of great food, teamwork, and where community spirit come together. We're on the hunt for 2 x Qualified Chefs who are as comfortable behind the pass as they are plating up bistro classics with a modern twist.

You'll be a key part of our kitchen team, delivering delicious meals to members and guests across our bistro, events, and functions. Your day might include:
* Prepping and plating a variety of fresh, quality dishes
* Contributing ideas to menus and daily specials
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Working closely with a supportive and down-to-earth team
* Taking on some responsibility around stock control- ordering, rotation, inventory & minimizing waste
* Managing deliveries
* Maintain a clean, organized & efficient environment
* Liaise with FOH staff to ensure smooth service
* Foster a positive and productive kitchen culture
What we are looking for?
* A trade qualification in commercial cookery
* Experience in a bistro or club-style kitchen (bonus points for high-volume service)
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* A love for teamwork and a dash of humour under pressure
* Available to work split shifts, weekends & public holidays
