**Your opportunity**
Reporting to the Associate Director - Brand and Design, the role of Creative Designer is to conceptualise ideas, creating design solutions that solve complex communication challenges across a variety of media verticals including print, digital and social platforms. Your day will be varied and fast-paced and comprise a mix of the following:
- Brief interpretation and development of concepts and creative solutions for all KordaMentha brands.
- Guide UX and UI design, working with technology, digital and external agencies.
- Provide art direction and coordination of still and moving imagery, including cropping, airbrushing, colour correcting, grading and dispatch.
- Management and coordination of the firm's visual system, evolving and maintaining the firms brand guidelines.
- Translate business strategy into design solutions and present concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders to develop project briefs capturing requirements, objectives and timelines
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in design, branding, digital, technologies, category and ways of working.
**About you**
- A Bachelor of fine art, design, or communication design.
- 5+ years as a professional graphic designer or art director.
- Experience working either in a studio, agency, inhouse studio or in the professional services sector.
- Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours from time to time
