About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee kitchen installation schedules with subcontractor networks and builder clients across Queensland and New South Wales.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, efficient job readiness, and effective communication with clients.
* Schedule and coordinate kitchen installations with subcontractor trades and site supervisors.
* Communicate daily with builders, installers, and internal teams to confirm job readiness and resolve scheduling conflicts.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our project management system.
* Review project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
* Support our Operations Team in delivering exceptional results and achieving key business objectives.
