Remuneration
$65,871 - $76,272 per annum plus superannuation.

About you
You will be a motivated and safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality civil works. Ideally, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a civil construction/maintenance role including road and drainage construction, concrete construction and civil maintenance and knowledge, understanding and experience of road engineering work methods employed on civil projects.
- Demonstrated competence and ability to safely operate a Roller, and other plant, and efficiently and effectively undertake relevant duties.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake material quantities and survey calculations.
- Demonstrated ability to set up traffic control at a work site.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and co-ordinate work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and sound literacy and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment and commitment to building a team environment based on teamwork, cooperation and mutual respect.
- Demonstrated experience in the safe operation of minor plant and equipment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of landscaping requirements and erosion and sedimentation control techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
You will hold all of the following:
- Current LR Driver Licence
- Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction (White Card)
- Evidence of roller competency i.e., SOA, VOC, Ticket
Holder of, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement:
- Current Traffic Controllers Certificate
- Current Traffic Controllers Certificate (Implement Traffic Control Plans)
- Current Safe Work Near Powerlines
