* Represent the organisation publicly and with key stakeholders
* Maintain high standards of corporate governance and compliance

* Bring independent judgement expertise and diverse perspectives to strategic deliberations
* Participate actively in meetings and sub-committees
* Contribute to business planning and risk management
* Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and governance frameworks
* Support the Chair and fellow Directors in achieving organisational objectives
