Six Degrees Executive has formed a strategic partnership with an esteemed Australian brand operating within the retail and FMCG Industry. By embracing a culture of ongoing innovation, the brand effectively responds to the ever-changing needs of consumers, ensuring its continued significance in the market. Currently, they are actively seeking an experienced UX/ Product Designer to join their team on a 12 month Contract to drive rapid growth by optimizing all aspects of their online presence through innovation.
**High level remit**:
- Have an active role in the Digital team, participating in planning, research, ideation, design, and execution.
- Primary objective is to create high-quality digital experiences across the organisations various platforms, ensuring compelling and accessible designs for customers.
- Deliver a customer-centric approach to product design by exploring human problems, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user testing to validate designs.
- Align design output with Customer Experience Strategy and Digital Strategy, while collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure desirable, feasible, and viable experiences.
- 3 -5 years of experience across the UX or product design role
- Experience designing for Apps and Websites
- Skilled in translating insights and customer behaviours into digital design concepts
- Previous experience within the retail landscape or digital first organisation with a strong customer centric focus
