You'll provide trusted and high-level support to the Maintenance Outer Harbour Team.

Role Highlights
As the Maintenance Management Systems Administrator, you will provide Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC) support to users, including day to day system support for supervisors, processing of OMC records, invoices and ongoing training for users in the Outer Harbour.
You won't be doing this alone; you'll join a supportive Maintenance team who share knowledge and encouragement.
In this diverse, hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the full invoice lifecycle through Oracle, performing reconciliations, responding to supplier and internal account queries, raising purchase orders from OMC, and liaising with Accounts Payable to process change orders and new purchase orders.
* Maintain accurate records of all submitted maintenance reports in OMC, ensuring correctly linked to associated OMC assets.
* Assist maintenance supervisors with routine data entry such as work order record linking and inspection checklists.
* Provide initial familiarisation session for all new users - this includes a basic induction, overview of OMC and ongoing training as required.
* Assist Outer Harbour users with routine tasks in OMC/Oracle - provide system expertise and support.
* Process contractor timesheets and liaise with external contract companies when required.
* Monitor OMC work orders daily and validate against the maintenance plan.

* Extensive experience with computer-based maintenance management systems.
* Extensive experience with a records management system.
* Well-developed computer literacy skills, including advanced Excel.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with internal customers.
* Considerable experience in data analysis.
* Experience in testing and implementing software upgrades.
* Well-developed organisation skills including the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks concurrently to achieve deadlines.
* Well-developed knowledge of system reports and interface to financial systems.
* Understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
