About the Opportunity We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a collaborative applications support team within a large and complex organisation. This role sits at the intersection of business systems, user support, and continuous improvement, supporting a range of enterprise applications and helping optimise system performance and user experience. This is an initial 3-month contract with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 application support for corporate and specialist systems Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improve system outcomes Maintain system documentation including configuration and integration guides Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime Identify opportunities for process and system improvements Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements Participate in working groups and stakeholder discussions to support ongoing system optimisation About You You’ll bring a mix of technical support capability and business understanding, with the ability to engage effectively with both users and technical teams. We’re looking for someone who has: Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and interpret business processes and system interactions Experience working with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills Exposure to systems such as SAP, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms Basic knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL) Experience with system integration or configuration Familiarity with Power Platform or web-based applications Why Apply?
