Medical Device Sales Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and experience in sales roles.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage key stakeholders across Victoria, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide clinical support and education to clinicians, helping them make informed decisions about medical devices.
* Meet sales targets and budgets across different product segments, driving business growth and expansion.
* Develop close working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leveraging their expertise to enhance our products and services.
* Drive sales activities to meet commercial objectives on the territory, identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sales.
* Collaborate cross-functionally as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications and/or clinical experience preferably in Bio-Medical Engineering, ICU Nursing or Nursing in a high acuity environment, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare principles.
* Proven success in a previous sales role in medical devices or a related field, showcasing ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
* Background knowledge of selling into the hospital system, including understanding of hospital workflows and decision-making processes.
* Ability to travel interstate, as required, to attend meetings and visit customers.
