Job Description

What your day might look like:

* Overseeing Family Office operations and ensuring alignment with business objectives and client service standards.
* Implementing strategic initiatives to refine workflows and administrative processes for optimal efficiency.
* Resolving escalated administrative issues and ensuring quality outputs in adherence to compliance requirements.
* Acting as the central liaison between the Administration team and Family Office senior management, driving seamless communication.
* Mentoring team members and providing tailored training to build high-performing administrative teams.
* Collaborating closely with Family Office advisors to ensure integrated solutions and outstanding client support.
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Desired Skills And Experience

* A tertiary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience managing and leading teams in operational, professional services, or administrative environments.
* Desirable - coding ability in Python, SQL, VBA, or other relevant languages to enhance processes and reporting functionalities.
* Proven expertise in streamlining workflows and improving processes for enhanced efficiency.
* Experience in preparing and delivering detailed performance updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across internal teams, service providers, and clients.
* Strong leadership capabilities to train and mentor team members and integrate new employees seamlessly.
* Advanced organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
