We are seeking a GP to work 1–2 days per week, with flexibility that enables autonomy without being tied to a traditional GP contract. The clinic does not operate on weekends, evenings, or public holidays, and the seasonal nature of campus life means our GPs experience a balanced and variable workload. Our team takes advantage of this flexibility to accommodate family commitments, school holiday leave, and professional development.
A guaranteed hourly rate is offered, and as a not-for-profit organisation we also provide attractive salary packaging benefits.

Our GPs are supported by reception staff, as well as a Practice Manager and an exceptional Medical Director, both primarily based at the UQ St Lucia campus but regularly attending onsite at the Gatton campus.
