We are seeking a Health Programs Operations Officer to provide administrative support for the UOW Liverpool campus. You will assist with day to day operations, meetings, events, rostering, and provide support to school leadership. Working closely with colleagues across campuses, you will help ensure consistent services and standards, contribute to improving processes and systems and support Faculty and School initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

About you

Experience supporting a busy office environment is essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. The role requires initiative, sound judgement, and a practical approach to improving processes and systems. Strong skills in Word and Excel, a willingness to learn new systems, attention to detail in data and record keeping, and clear communication skills are also important, as is the ability to work collaboratively.
