What You’ll Do - RPO Recruitment Manager (Hireup for Providers) The RPO Recruitment Manager is a critical role responsible for recruiting, rostering, and coordinating support worker teams for a dedicated Provider/Customer account within the Hireup for Providers (B2B) team. This role blends workforce recruitment, account management and operational delivery. You will be the principal account and commercial contact for your provider/s, ensuring their workforce needs are met with high-quality, reliable teams 100% of the time. You’ll also drive operational excellence, influence improvements to our processes, and contribute to the development of future team structures. Workforce Recruitment & Team Building Source, assess, and recruit high-quality support workers tailored to provider requirements. Build and maintain strong worker teams that align with provider expectations. Oversee all aspects of worker onboarding, compliance checks, and platform readiness. Rostering & Operational Coordination Develop and maintain optimised rosters to ensure continuity of support. Proactively identify coverage risks, service gaps, and roster inefficiencies and resolve them before they impact providers. Support day-to-day workforce coordination, including last-minute changes and complex rostering patterns. Relationship Management Act as the primary relationship and commercial contact for your disability and aged care providers. Develop a deep understanding of each provider’s workforce model, business needs, and commercial priorities. Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your Background Experienced in recruitment / workforce coordination / rostering Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships with stakeholders Strong client management skills Highly organised, solutions-driven, and confident navigating ambiguity.
