Job Description
As a Manager - Technology Recruitment you will:
* Lead a diverse team of recruitment consultants, building a culture of high performance and excellent customer service.
* Hire, train and develop new team members, providing them with every opportunity to build a successful career at PageGroup.
* Leverage your expertise and network in the Victorian tech recruitment space as a billing leader, utilising our offshore resourcing function, AI tools and internal referral network to help you in delivering consistent personal results.
* Build relationships with other technology recruitment leaders and cross-discipline functions at PageGroup Australia to elevate your team's internal brand and share mutually beneficial information.
