Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology Desk

Are you a tech-savvy recruiter ready to elevate your career? Join NES Fircroft as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of a fast-growing Technology desk in Perth. You’ll work with some of the most respected names in engineering, energy, and infrastructure, delivering cutting-edge talent solutions that fuel industry innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with clients across our established engineering portfolio to deliver tailored technology recruitment solutions that align with evolving project needs.
Manage the full contract recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting top tech talent in high-impact roles.
Market Insight & Leadership
Stay ahead of tech and digital trends, providing clients and candidates with valuable insights and helping shape long-term workforce strategies.
Business Development
Leverage existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities within technology, digital, and transformation spaces.
Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality tech professionals, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Support junior consultants and collaborate across teams, sharing your expertise and contributing to collective success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in an agency setting, ideally with a focus on tech or digital roles.
* Industry Know-How: Understanding of the tech landscape and its connection to engineering, energy, or infrastructure.
* Client-Focused: Proven track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Self-Starter: Motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently.
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
* Commercial Acumen: Confident identifying and developing business opportunities.
