About the Role
* Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing and record keeping.
* Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments and schedules.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally.
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
* Sending accounts and maintaining debtors.
This role will progress to performing supervised paralegal work (wills drafting, conveyancing, deceased estate administration).
We're looking for
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous administrative or clerical experience preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
