We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our residential dining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for up to 25 participants in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
* Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store supplies efficiently.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen staff and leading teams.
* Knowledge of safe food handling practices and HACCP standards.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
