About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service Technician to join our Poolmart Mandurah team in Mandurah, WA. As a full-time Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our valued residential and commercial clients across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our well-established pool and spa business.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and filter cleaning
2. Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heating systems
3. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
4. Ensuring safety and compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
5. Assisting with the installation of new pool and spa equipment as required
6. Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and reporting any issues or concerns
What we're looking for
1. Relevant qualifications or experience in pool maintenance and servicing (Preferred but not essential as full training can be provided to the right candidate).
2. Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment
3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Commitment to safety and attention to detail
6. A valid driver's licence
