Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podiatrist to join our team in Bathurst, NSW, for an on‑site role. This role can be Locum, Casual, Part time or Full time. As a Podiatrist, you will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of lower limb conditions, provide biomechanical assessments and treatments, and prescribe and implement orthotic solutions. You will work closely with patients to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, with a particular focus on managing conditions such as diabetes‑related complications. The role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment with access to advanced tools and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Medicine and Podiatry with a proven ability to assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
* Expertise in Biomechanics to identify and address functional movement concerns.
* Experience in designing and fitting Orthotics to support and rehabilitate patients.
* Familiarity with managing diabetic foot care and understanding its implications in podiatric treatments.
* Effective communication skills, empathy towards patients, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
* Ability to work effectively in a professional, patient‑focused team environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Podiatry and current AHPRA registration.
* Strong interest in professional development and career progression within the field of podiatry.
