Position
Inbound/Outbound Sales Officer – Full‐time, part‐time, 4‐day weeks, and casual opportunities available.
Salary + high uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
* Action & convert phone and internet sales leads into quality appointments for our sales showrooms (warm leads only).
* Interact with customers across phone, email and live‐chat platforms.
* Meet and exceed pre‐defined/achievable sales targets and KPI's.
* Promote and sell the benefits of purchasing through Frizelle Sunshine to our customers in a charismatic, engaging way.
* Perform account‐management style functions.
* Administration, reporting and other ad‐hoc office functions as required.
About You
* Energetic, self‐motivated and money‐hungry sales superstars.
* Proven sales experience (inbound or outbound) and ability to meet sales targets and KPI's.
* Determined to exceed customer expectations.
* Growth mindset.
* Experience using sales scripts and other sales tools.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced, corporate office environment.
* Intermediate PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A desire to present yourself in a corporate fashion.
