Looking for a flexible HR role where you can make a meaningful impact?

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their people and culture function on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to a capable HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, HR administration, and supporting leadership with practical people advice.

Working closely with senior management, you will play an important role in supporting employees, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice.

This opportunity would suit someone seeking flexibility while still contributing to a collaborative and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of workplace matters
* Assist with recruitment activities including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees
* Support performance management and employee development processes
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters and HR policies
* Maintain HR documentation and employee records
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace policies, and relevant awards
* Assist with HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Skills & Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a human resources role
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively
* Exposure to industrial relations, awards, or enterprise agreements
* Experience supporting small to medium-sized organisations
* Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms
