Chef Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Latrobe. This is a casual role working Monday - Sunday with various shifts from 6:30am - 2:30pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm.

The focus of this role is to provide high quality, nutritious meals and exceptional service to our residents to enhance their daily lives.

* Plan, order, and prepare meals in a way that will enhance the resident's dining experience, in line with all specialised diets, including supplements and texture modified foods.
">
Ensure a high level of compliance with all food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures.
">
This role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and experience in a Residential Aged Care kitchen environment (ordering, budgeting, and rostering).

You should also have worked with specialised diets, including supplements and texture modified foods, and be fully conversant with HACCP and food safety legislation.
