**The Role**
The Resourcing Officer has management responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities, developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and value of each individual.
**Duties**
- Coordinate and manage workforce planning, resource allocation and Resourcing across the Branch
- Coordinate occupancy and allocation, and future accommodation needs to support the Branch's national growth
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of pool of contract resources to Branch, section and programs
- Manage a team delivering resourcing services within the Branch
- Own employee lifecycle from induction, onboarding, skills development, career development and succession planning
- Conduct routine resourcing meetings to ensure ongoing coverage at the Branch, Section and program level
- Conduct staff satisfaction, wellbeing and feedback surveys as needed
- Support and drive branch culture, wellbeing and inclusion activities
- Report regularly to the Branch Leadership Team on Workforce needs, issues and risks
**Additional responsibilities**:
- Oversight of the Branch Training Needs Analysis and monitoring delivery of agreed training for the Branch
- Manage the AusCheck Resourcing Team mailbox
- Resource allocation and conflict resolution (spatial management, facility coordination, workstation logistics)
