Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Invoicing: Process purchase invoices accurately, handling incoming tax invoices, statements, approvals, coding, processing, and payment.
* Employee Expenses: Handle employee expenses, ensuring company policies are followed for approvals.
* Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, process payments, and resolve differences.
* Supplier Management: Prepare payments for suppliers, reconcile supplier statements to accounts payable ledger, and resolve discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to system changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with accounting software (MYOB or SAP Concur)
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Able to deal with a medium volume of transactions
* High numerical accuracy
* Team player with effective communication skills
