Change Manager - AI & Data Transformation
Location: Brisbane (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 6 Month Day Rate contract
Rate / Salary: $900 to $1100 Per Day
We're partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major AI and Data Modernisation Program, migrating business reporting and analytics to Microsoft Fabric. This transformation will modernise how data is managed, accessed, and used across the organisation.
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the Organisational Change Management (OCM) stream of the program. You'll drive engagement, communication, and adoption strategies that enable users to confidently transition to new tools and reporting processes.
About the Role
* Lead the OCM approach for a major AI and data transformation initiative
* Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans to support user adoption
* Assess business impacts and manage readiness across key stakeholder groups
* Partner with senior leaders, program managers, and technical teams to align delivery with business needs
* Provide regular change and readiness reports to program governance forums
* Support end users through changes in data, reporting, and AI-driven processes
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering change management within digital, data, or technology transformation programs
* Strong understanding of data, BI, and reporting environments (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver end-user training and communication plans
* Structured approach to change planning, impact analysis, and readiness assessment
* Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) highly regarded
