Mallard Contracting Pty Ltd, a proudly Aboriginal-owned engineering and construction company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Project Engineering Technician to help deliver transformative infrastructure across Western Australia.
From wastewater treatment plants to remote accommodation facilities, Mallard is known for excellence, innovation, and community uplift. As part of our Perth-based team, you'll support project execution through design documentation, materials testing, site reporting, and construction coordination — with FIFO opportunities during active phases.

What You'll Do:
* Support planning, surveying, and technical documentation for civil and infrastructure projects
* Conduct field and lab testing of soils, concrete, and materials
* Assist with cost estimation, procurement, and quality assurance
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving
* Uphold WHS, environmental, and compliance standards
What You'll Bring:
* Diploma or equivalent experience in civil engineering or construction
* Hands-on experience in infrastructure or materials testing
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
* Willingness to work FIFO during project phases
What We Offer:
* Full-time role based in Perth, with FIFO flexibility
* Salary: AUD $80,000–$95,000, based on experience
