About The Opportunity

An exciting part‑time opportunity is available for a Executive Assistant to join the Brisbane team, supporting senior consultants and national projects.

This role provides high‑level administrative, coordination, and marketing support across consulting engagements, business development initiatives and internal operations. You will work closely with the Founder and Executive Principal Consultant, the Brisbane‑based team and interstate colleagues.

Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

* Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for workshops, executive programmes, coaching engagements and strategic planning sessions, including coordination of venues, travel and materials.
* Manage executive diaries, meetings, interviews and coaching schedules while preparing and maintaining client‑facing documentation such as proposals, reports and executive summaries.
* Prepare workshop materials, coaching journals, follow‑up documentation and support research, focus groups and background analysis activities.
* Support marketing and business development initiatives, including events, collateral, CRM maintenance and coordination of photography, videography and content.
* Assist consultants with project administration, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and the onboarding and induction of new staff and associates.


About You

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a senior administrative, executive support or professional services role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a distributed team.
* Strong technical capability including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva and WordPress.
* Experience using CRM systems and scheduling or time‑keeping platforms.
