As a key member of our team, this role is responsible for leading the Women's Employment and Skills Pathways program. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective strategies to enhance employment and skills pathways for migrant women.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing work plans and managing budgets to ensure the efficient delivery of program activities.
* Establishing productive partnerships with stakeholders to drive quality delivery.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
* Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the program.
