About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation in HR work management processes, enabling seamless orchestration through Virtual/AI agents and human processors. As a key member of the GBS Experience Ownership Team, you will contribute to delivering a Capital Project focused on process improvement.

Reporting to the Lead GEO Experience Owner – Workforce Enablement, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing SME knowledge to support large-scale projects, ensuring successful implementation of HR systems and processes.
* Developing deep expertise in end-to-end HR processes and systems, including SLAs, workflow management, and process outcomes.
* Navigating complex HR models, working with stakeholders to ensure effective system interactions and process documentation.
* Supporting GBS HR delivery teams in executing large-scale programs of work, driving process re-design and improvement.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will require strong experience in HR business processes, emerging trends, and technology implementations. Key skills and qualifications include:

* A skilled HR professional with a track record of digital system implementation and change management.
* Action-orientated problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced project environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical thinking, and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the talent to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, provide critical thinking, and a solution-focused nature, challenging the status quo.
* Understanding of HR tools, processes, and systems, with experience using SAP, Employee Central, Success Factors, and ServiceNow (an advantage).
