This is a part-time or full time role (30-37 hours). For the right person we can accommodate the hours that suit you. Remuneration is base salary (with annual leave and sick leave) plus commission. There is also the opportunity for a future leadership role for a proven Senior Physiotherapist, who can maintain a case load, uphold the workplace values and actively contribute to company culture.
Patients are predominantly private, primarily from GP, orthos and word of mouth referral base. The case load consists of Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries, where physiotherapy intervention is the most effective combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy, pain education and lifestyle advice; to achieve high value care and a meaningful treatment for the patient.
Active Solutions Physiotherapy is not a place where there are individuals working in rooms that run into each other in the hallway. This is a workplace where you work alongside the owner and your colleagues with weekly meetings to catch up, discuss patients, treatment techniques, clinical reasoning and professional development.
Active Solutions Physiotherapy is located in a modern and spacious premises. In addition to the treatment rooms, there is a gym with pilates equipment, cable machine and free weights. At our Floreat address, we are located in a local neighbourhood shopping precinct and are spoilt for choice with cafes and amenities.
Responsibilities
* Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, pain education and lifestyle advice for patients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
* Maintain a case load in a private practice setting.
* Collaborate with colleagues during weekly meetings to discuss patients and professional development.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of Private Practice experience
* Strong exercise background in pilates and gym based rehab
