About the Role As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in a flagship environment - leading from the front across people, performance, and operations. This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives in scale. You’ll support building a strong team pipeline, driving commercial results, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint of the store. From visual merchandising to stock flow, team development to KPI delivery - you’ll set the standard. You’ll also play a key role in succession planning, developing future leaders and building a bench of talent to support upcoming growth.
