This pivotal role supports transition and operational activities across a key contract, working closely with Key Account Leads to identify efficiencies, drive commercial value, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and understand the client's market, demonstrating deep sector knowledge
* Lead decision-making criteria for contracts in consultation with the Segment Director
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional integrity
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Support negotiation processes alongside operational leads
* Collaborate with internal, external, and client stakeholders to deliver "best in class" solutions focused on labour, process, and technology innovation
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience
* Proven leadership and commercial acumen
* Experience in complex technical sales
* Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Facility Management and/or Business
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Expertise in commercial models and risk management
* Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
* Results-driven with a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
* Extensive experience in commercial business environments
* Advanced research and analytical capabilities
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or a related field
