Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Transition confidently into your first year as a clinician with structured support
Work with a variety of participants of different ages and needs to improve independence, safety, and wellbeing
Manage a graded caseload to develop skills progressively
Participate in a fun-filled induction and orientation program including shadowing senior clinicians
Follow a personalised Graduate GROWTH Plan with regular mentoring and learning modules
Engage in clinical development workshops and monthly online professional development courses
Expand your scope of practice in areas such as Assistive Technology Prescription, Home Modifications, Aged Care, and NDIS
Work flexibly from home or at offices in Moorabbin (VIC), West Perth (WA), or Loganholme (QLD)
About You
The company is looking for:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Pending Registration with AHPRA
Police Check Clearance
Valid Driver's Licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
