We're growing and looking for caring, motivated Educators to join our team.What you'll doCreate warm, inclusive environments where every child feels safe and supported.Provide personalised learning aligned to individual goals, styles and needs.Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.Contribute positively to a cooperative, diverse team culture.What you'll bringEarly childhood Certificate III or Diploma qualification.Positive attitude, initiative and self-motivation.Effective communication skills with children, families and colleagues.Understanding of Child Safe Standards, the NQF and EYLF.Working With Children Check (Employment)—current.First Aid HLTAID012 (or willingness to obtain).
Child Protection and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
