About the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (NSW), this is a pivotal leadership position responsible for translating strategy into high-quality, consistent service delivery across the Sydney Metro region.
You’ll lead Team Leaders and consultants, ensuring performance, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved—while building a strong, engaged, and values-driven team culture.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (NSW), you will:
* Lead and develop Team Leaders and consultants
* Drive regional performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes
* Oversee service quality and return‑to‑work results
* Manage stakeholder relationships across insurers, brokers, and employers
* Support growth initiatives and new business opportunities
* Develop & Improve Operational Processes
About You
You’re a confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, outcomes‑driven environment.
Your experience includes:
* 7+ years in occupational rehabilitation
* Proven leadership experience managing leaders or senior consultants
* Strong track record improving team and business performance
* Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
You bring:
* A strong leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels
* Commercial acumen and a performance‑driven mindset
* Excellent organisational and decision‑making skills
* A passion for developing people and building high‑performing teams

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health (or equivalent)
* Driver’s licence and ability to travel as required
* Police check (or willingness to obtain)
