The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the front line of TradieSpec's growth, turning warm inbound leads into long-term customers and helping Tradies find the right work vehicle for their needs.
You'll own the full sales cycle from first contact through to vehicle delivery.
No cold calling, just meaningful conversations with genuine tradie clients.
Day-to-day you will:
Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and self-source opportunities.
Run high-energy, consultative sales calls that convert to contracts.
Explain Rent-To-Own and FlexiRent options in clear, relatable terms.
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and track performance like a pro.
Collaborate with the operations team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Hit and exceed monthly KPIs, your earnings are limited only by your drive.

About You
You're competitive, motivated, and love helping customers make confident decisions.
You don't shy away from targets, you chase them.
You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
You'll bring:
3+ years of experience in phone-based or inside-sales roles.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
High attention to detail and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
